There are 5 sizes, and the sizes that we drill are based on the weight of the ball. For X-Small, the weight is 6lbs, suitable for ages 8 and under. The Small size ranges from 8lbs to 9lbs, intended for ages 8-11 and women with ring sizes from 8-11. The Medium size options are 10lbs, 11lbs, and 12lbs, suitable for ages 11-15 and adults with ring sizes 10 or lower. The Large size is available in 13lbs and 14lbs, targeting men with ring sizes 10-12 or people with larger hands. Lastly, the X-Large size is 15lbs and 16lbs, catering to men with ring sizes over 13 or people with extremely large hands.
